Old contract account still showing open on credit file

I have just taken a look at my credit file and it shows an account that was closed almost 6 years ago is still active and missed payments are being recorded on it. It is having an adverse affect on my credit rating. How can I get this amended?

Phone not received

Ordered a google pixel 8 Pro got email saying delivery Monday guess what no phone its still waiting to be picked up via dpd why has it not even been picked up paid extra fir delivery and paid upfront cost aswell thus is not good enough vodafone
