WORST COMPANY
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS

i placed an order in november 2022. the order was outof stock was told 3-4 weeks wait. and am still waiting
i phoned up customer service today (03/1/23)
spoke to angent and was told that i cancel my order for my iphone 14 pro mx in space black and replace my order and could receive my new order by the 4th of january.

The part that is confusing me is how can they have stock for new orders and can send them out next day. But orders like my self that have been waiting 5-6 weeks and being on back order they cant send out. i wouldve thought that vodafone as company would priortise customers that have been waiting 5/6 weeks over newly place orders.

This is shocking customer service espually since ive been a red customer with yourselfs with nearly my whole family are with yourselfs including my own full fibre contract is with your selfs.

i am really close to cancelling all my familys contacts and home broadband contract with yous if this the type of run around yous give your loyal and new customers that have been with yous for a very long time or just joined.  As number 1 claimed mobile service carrier provider yous  really showing your true colours.

very disapointed with the service i have received. will always think twice about reccomending or upgrading my self or anyone whos asks the next time.

compensation is expected here.

Hi @kamalA830 I hope you are well. I am sorry to hear that you have had such a poor experience with us so far. We will need to look into this in more detail to find out why you have been waiting so long and why you have been advised to cancel and replace the order. As we have no account access on the community, please pop the Social Media team a message here so this can all be looked into.

I suspect you have a sales person on commission here. I had something similar with an order using a discount code. All Vodafone wanted to do was put through a new order and let me deal with the discount later and ignore several web orders. They will happily put through a new order as once it's done, you won't be speaking to them again. They get the commission, and don't care what they say to get it.

Vodafone staff seem to routinely lie to customers. It happens so much the management must be aware of it and don't care.  They apparently are looking for a new CEO to help improve their "operational performance".  Customer Service isn't a priority for Vodafone.

That said, when the network works I have no issues with it, which is why I still have one line with Vodafone. Also the competition aren't exactly much better.
