Call problems in the US

I’m currently in the US, where Vodafone use T-Mobile and AT and T. I wanted to make people aware there’s a technical  issue with AT and T that prevents voice calls being made and received. Calls can be made on T- Mobile, but I find that their coverage is inferior to AT and T,’s. After several conversations with Voda tech support, they acknowledged there is a problem with AT and T, but, apparently, they’re not in touch with AT and T to resolve the problem.

EE now support VoLTE roaming on ATT in the US.

I agree about the untrustworthiness of Vodafone. Interesting that other UK carriers are enabling VoLTE in the US fairly quickly, but not Vodafone, seemingly.  Any comment from Forum Moderators about recent posts on this thread, or are you banned from responding?

Have they just activated this or something? Last I heard from someone I know testing AT&T roaming on EE in the US that they get 4G but no voice calls, data only.

It seems to have been in the last few days for EE, but you still need a supported phone. What device do they have?

No, you’re right, in the last few days T-Mobile 4G roaming was made available by EE, they just hadn’t activated VoLTE as of yet as the person in question could access the 4G network but could not make voice calls. They had two VoLTE capable handsets on them, the Google Pixel 5 and the OnePlus 6T. Both phones were able to connect to 4G and VoLTE on all three US networks on a 3 SIM without issue.
