I ordered a pay monthly device few days ago which i got a confirmation email for but i've not been able to track it ever since with my order number because it keeps saying " sorry we don't recognize your order ".... is it canceled or what's going on

Unfortunately there is no account access via the forum. 

I'd suggest to check in with customer services on 191 or Live Chat.

The phone may not have been put in a despatched status yet to be able to track it's progress via the site or the phone may have dropped onto a delay.
