Hi team
I am unable to permanently disable call waiting. Every time I try, I find it has reactivated the following day.
A few quick points:
I've spoken to Vodafone numerous times on the issue - they were unable to help.
I believe it is a Vodafone issue, as it has been reported several times before with no fix:
Please can somebody help? Is there some setting on my account causing this?
My phone Is a OnePlus 5 running Android 10.

It seems like you have carried out most of the self help generic troubleshooting tips @stooch
Bit of a long shot but what happens if you insert your sim card into another phone if you can ?
If cancelling all diverts via How-do-I-manage-call-diverts … ( Call ##002# to cancel all active call diverts. ) does not help then see if the Vodafone Social Media Team's on Twitter or Facebook can help. They can't here as account access isn't available via this forum.
