Hi,
I'm currently having to look out a record of calls made in previous months (regarding a complaints procedure with another company) and when I check the itemised bills the calls are not appearing. This includes days and times I know 100% without a doubt I was on the phone to this company.
I'm aware that there wouldn't be a record of calls made to me there, so call backs from them won't be on there. Is there an issue where if you are on hold without getting through it doesn't get recorded? Which still doesn't explain the times I did get through not appearing on the itemised bill.
Any insight would be much appreciated.

Were these calls made to an 0800 or 0808 freephone number? If so, these types of call are not itemised on any phone bills, landline or mobile.
