Can't access end of contract options

My contract ends in 13 days and I have been sent a text with a link to vodafone.uk/optiions but it does not work. For the last few days it displays "We’re currently experiencing issues with our Digital services" and if I am logged into my account and I drill down though my current plan to view all sim only deals I get the error "Sorry something has gone wrong, and unknown error has occured" I have waitied for a long time on chat only to be told there are no issues with any parts of the website and it must be an issue at my end but I have treid from 2 completly different computers, differnt browsers, my phone and the app so what is going on? I just want to view a list of Sim only contracts so that I can make a decision, I don't want to talk to an upgrades team.

Hey @jamesaylmerkell Apologies for our delay in responding, we've been super busy here. I've followed the steps to upgrade to a Sim only plan in my account and I've had no issues doing this. If you're unable to do this following the link provided, you can check out all our SIM only plans online and log in to your account at the check out. If you're still unable to process your upgrade, pop our Social team a message. We're unable to process your upgrade, but we'll be more than happy to look into the cause of the problem 😊

Clearing cookies for Vodafone may help with their poorly coded web site. There's a lot of people complaining on twitter with the same issue but the disingenuous replies from Vodafone are pretty standard for them
