Can't receive incoming calls and texts. Pay monthly

Since moving over to vodaphone from O2 my number was ported earlier this week but I cannot revieve calls and texts from non vodaphone numbers. 

Was on chat with vodaphone for 3 hours yesterday and none of their suggestions worked.

 

Please help.

It sounds like a porting issue @ASP 

 

Drop the Social Team a message through social channels and they will be able to raise a split port request for you here: Contact Us

Thank you. I called the porting department and they said it looks like its all fine 🤔 tried so many things with Vodafone online yesterday but nothing works!
