Cannot request PAC code via text

I have text 65075 for my PAC code as per the leaving vodafone information. I have just PAC to this number and also PAC and my pin. I keep getting this reply: 

From Vodafone: Sorry, we didn't understand your last message. If you'd like your PAC code, please reply 'PAC'. Need help? Just head to www.vodafone.co.uk/leaving for more info.

When I reply to the messgae with PAC, I get the same response. I just need my PAC!

Request one via 191 or live chat. My wife had the same issue when she left Vodafone and she called 191, they gave it to her over the phone there and then, no hassle or up selling.

From cancel-your-account. 

  • Remember to include a space between PAC and PIN

Also  

  • Online - log in to your account online, go to Settings > Plan settings > View > Switch to another network > Switch my network

Alternatively use Live Chat or call 191.
