Until September 2021, I had a PAYG account with Vodafone. When I decided to upgrade to a Pay Monthly Account. I ended up getting the Unlimited Airtime, which suits my purposes.
When I got my New Phone, I elected to keep my old phone number from my PAYG account ( Another story lol)
Now at first when I opened the Vodafone App on my new phone, my new account details were present.
Now when I open the App, all I get is my old account number with my old PAYG account showing. I have tried the Chat app, which to be honest isn't very helpful. My question is has anybody else has this issue, and how can I change my account details? The instructions given over the chat app only take back to square one.

Hi @Apollo3546! Just to rule out something really quickly, have you reset the app itself? If not, you can do this by loading up the app, select Settings > App > Reset the app > Reset. This will reset the information the app pulls through from your account so please let us know if you're still seeing the PAYG account.
If you are still seeing the PAYG account, please contact our Social Media team as they have account access and they'll be able to refresh your online account with us in general to see if this resolves your issue.
