Could anyone possibly assist, I put in motion a change of ownership of a number from one Vodafone account (business) to another (personal), on the 15th of November . The call service for this number was then cut off on around the 21st of November, and the line was cut completely on the 4th of December. It was then discovered that the number had been transferred without a payment plan (Vodafone admitted fault), and the number is as of this evening still out of service.
I've been transferred from pillar to post, asked to wait another 24 or 48 hours (or 7-10 business days in some cases), and the problem still isn't resolved. Hours and hours on the phone, and numerous visits to the store, getting nowhere.
Could anyone advise what next please? I even have a complaint reference number, but this has also not brought a result. thank you very much.

The Vodafone Social Media Team's deal with customer Escalations too so I'd suggest to engage with them via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.
