Changing Number Carryover Date

Hello, i chose a date to carryover my number to Vodafone but now I want to change the date and move over quicker. How can I amend it? Thanks

Hey @cigdemeray I hope you are doing well 😊 Please drop the Social Media team a message here so they can check with our Porting Support team to see if we can move your port date.

This is the answer I've got. 

"I've checked your account and can see that port-in request is raised for 23rd December, I'm afraid but it's not possible to change the date. "

Not sure why they can't. I am not asking for a difficult change.

That really isn't customer service and they certainly aren't thinking outside the box.

If they can't modify the existing port order, then ask them if they can cancel it completely and then re-raise a new one (for the next working day)
