Good afternoon. I have a issue that I can not get resolved. Please note I have tried to ring Vodafone countless times and can’t seem to get past the automated messages to speak to operators. Tobi also isn’t working it won’t allow me to chat with him despite getting countless links. My 24 month Vodafone contract ended on 07/06/22. Vodafone have continued to charge me for July, august and now I have a bill for September but I only realised this last night when I logged into my account. They haven’t contacted me or let me know that my contract ended despite it Clearly being shown on my account that it’s ended. I have been charged for 2 months and now a third how do I resolve this! I can’t get in contact with anyone!

Hi @dmcnmakeup! You should have received a text to advise you're coming to the end of your contract, however if you have SMS Marketing Communications turned off, this will be why you didn't receive this. We're only able to cancel contracts with the dedicated team on 191 from a Vodafone phone or 03333 040191 from any other UK phone

What seems to be the issue with the IVR when you call? You should be able to enter your phone number, advise you'd like to cancel and you'll be routed through to the dedicated team

Hi Beth, when I ring and they ask if my number is the phone I’m calling about I agree. They then ask what they can help me with and I say cancel policy but they tell me the info is online I can’t seem to find the info online. I tried to ring again  and asked to speak to operator but it also didn’t work I was gain told to speak to tobi who isn’t working for me

@dmcnmakeup It sounds like the IVR is picking up the policy keyword and directing you online. Try saying "I'd like to cancel my contract" and it should route you through 🙂

Contract don't end unless you have contacted Vodafone and told them to end it.
After your minimum term, they become a 30 day rolling contract.

 

How do I contact Vodafone to let them know it’s ended when I have rang multiple numbers and can’t get past the automated message. I have also tried the online chat tobi which also doesn’t work.
