Contract ending how to remove mobile numbers from account

My contract is up in a few weeks, I have 3 numbers on my pay monthly contract  my number and the other 2 are family members but I pay the bill for all 3... I am no longer going to be paying for the other two numbers but the numbers need to stay active and go in there current users own name. How does the process work doing this?

You can follow the process to transfer ownership.

Or you can simply apply to put the phones onto pay as you go (takes 30 days) and then it's up to the users to decide what they want to do next.

Another option is generate them a PAC code and they're free to port the number out to a different network either on contact or pay as you go. 

But if you're not wanting to pay, you definitely need to do one of them
