Good morning. I have been a customer with Vodafone for more than 15 years. It is appalling no one can help with a pay-monthly contract I renewed. Numerous calls and chats with customer service and not much help.
I renewed my vodafone contract in October and upgraded to Google Pixel 8 pro. There is still no news on when I will be getting it. The vodafone website says "next day delivery", yet someone who upgraded their phone last month has still not received it yet. I popped down to the York vodafone store, and they said they have plenty of them in stock. So, please can someone explain to me, why a faithful customer has been waiting for this long, when you have stock? The customer support just say they cannot do anything, despite having stock everywhere.
There was an offer in October which said if we buy Pixel 8 pro before 15th Oct, you will get a free Pixel watch Pro. Obviously I cannot redeem this offer without having the phone delivered. Please can someone look into this.
