Good evening Vodafone,

I currently have 2 contracts with you, however approximately 4 years I defaulted on an account which I believe was due to a cancelled contract and a change of address so an outstanding £41 was not paid. 
I am fully aware of the consequences and this is causing serious issues with my current mortgage application.

Can I please discuss with someone in more detail.

Hey there @Bradley09 - I understand how important it is to have your credit file reflecting accurately. If it's showing a true history of payment we wouldn't be able to amend this but we can certainly discuss this with you. Since this is an account specific query could you please get in touch with us on social media?
