Can you please guide me to the credit file support team?
I had a temporary pay monthly connection allocated to me by a vodafone customer service adviser in canary wharf when they were trying to move me from business to non business customer, at this time during 2019 the advisor Ayesha told me that she is going to credit the temporary account so that we don't get billed for it. however when we came back from holiday we had payment failure notices and we immediately contacted Ayesha at vodafone canary wharf, she then apologised for the mistake and credited the £25 amount to the temporary account and closed it as was assured previously. however I still see this account has been continued as default on my credit rating with amount £0 since Oct 2019. it does not make any sense and I am suffering the brunt of it because my mortgage application has been denied due to the default in my credit rating. I demand urgent looking into this matter and request vodafone to correct their mistake ASAP.
