I am about to apply for a mortgage and and Vodafone have messed up my credit score.I have switched providers more than 3 years now and is still showing as if I am in arrears for an account that’s been closed and settled more than 3 years ago.The last 2 years I was with Vodafone they kept messing me up and was constantly on the phone with them trying to short out things.When my contract was finally ended I was told everything was settled and had no communication from them whatsoever stating otherwise.Can somebody explain and sort it out for me?

Hi @Dimimar76 We can definitely look into this for you, but as we can't access accounts through the Forum, you'll need to pop our Social Media team a message here. They'll be able to look into your account and liaise with our Credit File team to get this resolved.
