I am not normally one to leave a review unless I am totally dissatisfied! However… I have just been on the phone to the most polite, helpful and gracious customer service assistant I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with many). Her name is Sidra, and she works under the accounts management department. I cannot praise this lady enough for her assurance and assistance this afternoon. Never have I been dealt with so professionally, quickly and politely. Honestly, this young lady needs to be promoted within the business as she could be the future of what Vodafone needs to bring in more custom, if everyone within customer services was like her, I would call daily just to speak to them. Thank you so much for your help Sidra, I hope this gets back to you and if I get a ‘rate the service’ prompt I can promise you 10/10 is not enough, you are an absolute diamond.
