On November 28th i upgraded my handset and was told 4-6days for delivery... Its now 15th December so nearly 3 weeks and still no sign. Every week i get the same problem... Being told warehouse problem please allow 3-5 working days... But how much longer am i meant to wait i upgraded to the Samsung S21 Ultra 256GB model and ordered my partner the iphone 13 pro max 1tb in sierra blue and im getting the same excuses... No emails regarding the handsets being dispatched... I never expected anything like this with Vodafone before, worse thing is i have had to cancel direct debit with them as money keeps leaving my account and i havent received the handset, i refuse to pay for something i havent receieved...makes me wonder how long am i going to make to wait longer?

Hi @MZZH78692
There was an announcement on the forum recently highlighting delays.
You can read about it here > Latest-news/Order-Delays.
Also other recent threads of similar experiences suggest quite a few people have been affected.
It doesn't help that it seems every year all the Networks are hit by delays of Apple iPhone's when a new flagship model is launched.
The Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra has been launched a while ago so I'm not sure what's holding that up ! Perhaps the chosen colour or storage option.
All people want is to be kept in the loop.
The network could be better at this.
In regards to money coming out of your account.
Are you on the new Evo plan where you pay for the phone and contract separately ?
I appreciate your standpoint in regards to cancelling your Direct Debit due to your current circumstances. That said you will need to be mindful that this should be reinstated ASAP , however that's upto you.
I hope you receive the Phone ASAP.

Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

Be very careful with this - I was experiencing the same thing, but have just learnt that my upgrade has been cancelled. No explanation given. I've been unable to get through to Vodafone to 're-order'.
Please check your account to see if your upgrade/ phone has been cancelled under the guise 'returned'. They're cancelling annual upgrade promises for no valid reasons at all, so proceed with caution.

I placed an order on the 28th November to upgrade my handset (Samsung 21 Ultra in silver 256GB)
And i also applied for the iphone 13 pro max 1tb Sierra Blue (ive received this handset)
I was told that its been ready to collect for nearly 3 weeks now not even been collected, i was also told it was going to be sent with the iphone which i ordered which it wasnt, vodafone chat members have given me false information, false timescales, saying money will be knocked off my bill and hasnt, money has falsely been taken from my account twice which I've had to put an end to and everytime i have contacted Vodafone and attempted to save the conversations it never gets sent to my email address its like Vodafone is trying to cover up all the lies and false information they pass out to their customers, which i have been a very loyal customer since in my teen years (nearly 30 now) i am currently on medication for my mental health and I'm a full time carer to my son who is house bound and vodafone dont even class me as a priority which i think is disgusting... I just wish they would tell the truth for once and get their staff in line for once... Their reputation is going down the drain all i want is my handset to be delivered and be given the correct information for once please

The S21 Ultra is out of stock pretty much everywhere (including direct from Samsung). It's likely going to be a few weeks before you get your hands on it.
I agree with you regarding the lies and miss information that Vodafone have been peddling to their customers though! Although, do Vodafone really need to apologise or change their ways? After all their "loyal" customers rant a lot but ultimately put up with it. They soon forget how they were treated once that handset lands on their doorstep. 🤔
