So I’ve had a broken dashboard both on app and web browser for over 9 months now , it won’t show me calls texts or data usage and keeps saying “sorry we can’t find this information” I’ve spoken to multiple people and they can’t seem the grasp the problem I have , has anyone else run Into this both on the app and on web ? I’ve tried the whole delete app restart and it’s still not working EDIT ITS PAY MONTHLY NOT PAY AS YOU GO

As far as your online account is concerned, you would have cleared your PC cookies and cache.
It sounds like this is going to need account access to reset the account, if the online account is working correctly, the App shouldn't have any problems following. You can try resetting the App from the settings, but no doubt this is something you have also done.
Customer Services or live chat should be able to reset your account, you can also speak to the Social Team here: Contact the Social Team and they will have the necessary account access and be able to take your details.
