Domain blocked by Secure Net

Hello,

We've received reports from our end-users using Vodafone Net Security that they're unable to access our CDN domain https://gcdn.thunderstore.io/

This is rather unfortunate, as all of the non-html/js/css content on our website is served from that domain. We searched for the proper place to report this issue, but came up with no results aside for other similar forum posts.

Please let me know if there's anything we can do to help resolve this issue.

The Vodafone team on here have helped with similar issues in the past and should be able to help with this one as well. Sit tight they'll respond as soon as they can.

Hey @Mythic - Thanks for flagging. I have Secure Net active on my Vodafone account and your website doesn't seem to to blocked by secure net but it is coming up with an error.

Could you attach a screenshot of the error message you're receiving please?

Getting an error at the root of the domain is expected as there's nothing there, but at least this user is unable to access our servers at all.

Thanks for providing the screenshot @Mythic, I've tried accessing your site using a different Internet provider and am unable to access it. I also see an error message rather than a message advising it's been blocked by the providers security. Can you please provide an alternative link to your site and we'll be more than happy to look into this.

Here's a sample URL with actual content: https://gcdn.thunderstore.io/live/repository/icons/bbepis-BepInExPack-5.4.1903.png.256x256_q95_crop....

The user reports being able to access this through his mobile carrier, but getting the error page screenshotted earlier when accessing it via his home network. I've asked what ISP they're using and will report with more info once I've received it.

If you could let us know when the user gets back to you that'll be great. Could you also check the URL provided in the post, it seems to just be bringing up an image in .png format 🙂

Hey, the URL is intended to provide a .png image. The domain `gcdn.thunderstore.io` is our CDN domain, meaning we distribute files (such as the icon media used as ane xample) over it. In other words, the user(s) who are being blocked accessing it are unable to load any of that content on our main website that links to them (which is hosted at https://thunderstore.io/)

The user just got back to me and replied they use Vodafon as their ISP. I also have their IP address but posting that publicly is not a good practice, is there some other channel I could forward personal details over privately?
