Ending my contract online.

Hi there! My phone doesn't work- so I can't use it to contact vodaphone. 
Is there anyway I can end my account online?

I have an alternative to my vodaphone phone if that's any help

As you are unable to receive a text with a STAC or PAC, log onto your online account account settings > mobile switching, you can cancel from there.

I can't create an a count because it requires me to receive a txt. 

This is the only part of vodaphone online that works for me as it does not require a txt confirmation.

If you have an alternative phone @zi_will and it is unlocked you can use the Vodafone SIM in the phone to receive the text verification code.

Your only other alternative is calling and passing data protection.  You can't use live chat, they also send a verification code to the phone.
