My number has just been ported over and I need to access my account to get into spend manager for roaming but am stuck in a loop of cannot turn roaming on because spend manager states I cannot so cannot roam to validate request

As far as is known @zathrus as your number has only just ported over you need to wait until the account is fully on the network, this should be completed by the following working day.
Before trying to access your account again it is recommended to clear cookies.
If there are still problems tomorrow, for account access speak to the Business Team or send the Social Team a message by following this information Contact Us

Hi, the next day and with clearing cookies and changing browser I am getting "we didn't recognise that username or password" - any ideas?
