Failed credit check but yet took the money...

Really annoyed with Vodafone. Love the network for service but disappointed that you took money after a failed credit check of £59. I'm more annoyed as been a voxi SIM only user for 3 years now. I have now got a contract no issue with 02 so Vodafone have lost a customer. 

 

I have spoken to my bank who confirmed Vodafone have taken the money from my account, I can't see any information to say when you will return my money.

Can someone from Vodafone please message me as I want my money back and I have no information or account number as a reference. 

 

Disappointed as there chat options don't even work.
