Hi guys,
Just paid my final bill on my contract and it covers up to 11th October, however my contract ends on 22nd September. Obviously I’ll get some money back on a pro-rata basis, but my two questions are;
1) When will I get the refund and by what method is it refunded?
2) When is the final bill produced and how do I see it as I presume my online account will stop working?
Finally, as I’m moving to PAYG, do I have to register a new online account?
Thanks

@simax - I can understand why you'd prefer the refund to your card rather than the Pay as you go account. When your account's closed, please come and talk to us on Social Media and we'll check it from there.

Hi @simax
Leave your Direct Debit in place as this should then give Vodafone the route to return any funds and ensure any funds owned can be collected.
They may even put any refunds onto the new Payg account as credit !

Have a word with customer services on 191 or Live Chat and the Vodafone Social Media Teams and they'll officially clarify for you.
As your having your Pay Monthly Contract converted into a Vodafone Payg Account and using the same mobile number and contact information you'll be able to possibly use the same online account / Myvodafone app.

Hiya, thanks for the reply. There certainly won’t be any money owed by me as I’d already made a payment to the account that was pro-rata’d in advance to cover me up to my end date, however I have now been billed the extra up to the next bill date (which is for a period I won’t be on PAYM) so I know pretty much whatever I’ve just paid by card will be sent back to me in full.
If I made this payment by card, I’m presuming the same card will be credited back? I certainly don’t want £50-odd credited to the PAYG account.
