As the Credit File Specialist Teams are not customer facing so their is no contact information to give to you and the Vodafone Social Media Teams no longer Private Message on the forum thus can't help directly on the forum in regards to Account Access issues you would need to engage with those Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
I'd suggest Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself and they'll collate all the information from you and pass this to their Credit File Specialist Team for investigation.
