Have I been accepted?

so I’ve applied for a pay monthly contract everything seems to have gone through okay, I’ve check the tracking and it at step two which says “your order has been confirmed and we’re getting it ready” does this mean I’ve been accepted? Thank you in advance

When did you complete the application for a new contract ?

Is it a Pay Monthly Contract with phone or Sim Only may I ask  ?

A new customer making an application will be Credit Checked as per Vodafone Terms and Conditions before being accepted or declined. 

Vodafone will continue to contact you usually via email to provide all the info in relation to the new contract or advise being declined. 

Check Spam Email In-boxes. 

They may also ring if more info is needed. 

From what you write the status updates do look positive,  however as I'm a customer too understandably I cannot access Vodafones Systems to take a look. 

You could give them a call however on 08080 408 408 > Contact-us.

Hi, I applied for it late last night and it’s for a pay monthly phone, on the tracking all that’s left to be ticked is “when your order is ready dpd will deliver it to your chosen address” it does seem positive but I don’t want to get my hopes up lol

Yes things do look positive from what you write :Smiling:

However as you only applied late last night then as with all new contracts Vodafone will have to credit check you which isn't always fast to complete. 

Keep an eye on the updates and as long as the chosen phone is in stock and your passed for a contract hopefully things will go smoothly and you'll be sent a tracking number from Vodafone. 

Are you going to use a new Vodafone supplied number or bring a mobile number from your previous network to Vodafone UK ?

Hi, I also placed an order on Friday night on a phone with monthly payment and I received an email telling me that I placed the order but I did not receive a confirmation email. But in the mail he tells me that the order arrives on Tuesday.

will I be accepted?

From what you write it looks promising or Vodafone wouldn't have emailed you in regards to a time frame to receive.

Watch out for another email with tracking info.

but in the email I received it says about delivery
