Hi, went through Fonehouse for a new deal and chose vodafone (both phone and sim)
Contract includes 400gb, etc etc.
After creating a new account, it says that i have a business plan (when i don't) and that the price is completely wrong to what i should be paying.
Is this because the account hasn't set itself up yet or what?

You are a Fonehouse customer, go back to the point of sale. Depending on the return process they will need to cancel the contract to enable you to take out a new consumer agreement.
