Vodafone are replacing my phone. This is being done through DPD. Do I just hand my phone over or do I need the box, ear phones and the charger too they didn't tell me on the phone just said to have my phone over

If we're fully replacing the phone due to it being faulty or damaged, just make sure that everything it came with is in the box and seal it with tape if possible then hand it to the DPD driver. The driver will know exactly what they need to collect from you anyway so they can tell you if you've given them too much or too little.

Do not include anything if not requested. They will very likely send you replacement device in plain box.
