How can I tell if Vodafone have actually cancelled my contract?

I requested a PAC code and unlock code so I could switch to a Sim only deal with another provider. My number has transferred but I have received a text saying that I haven't used my PAC code. How do I ensure that my contract has been cancelled? I can't log into my app, or the website as I don't receive the security code that is needed. Having had overcharging issues from Vodafone before I want to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Have you given the Pac to your new provider @Fjord  ?

Yes, I'm sure I did. I now have the number transferred over to my new supplier.

Hi @Fjord, this does sound odd! Porting a number to another provider can take a little while to finalise, but if you'd like to pop our Social media team a message here, we'd be happy to look into this for you.
