so I got an upgrade off Vodafone but before the 14 day cooling off period I rang u and said I want to return it.
fine no issues they’d said they sent me out a pre-aid Royal Mail special delivery bag..
wiped the phone, took pictures etc..
went to the post office Andrew they sent it and gave me a receipt.
on checking tracking this morning it said my parcel has been re-directed..
it was going to
communications house
vulcan road north.
im getting concerned as the tracking hasn’t changed now!
am I missing something Vodafone?
please help.

Personally I would have returned it to my most local Vodafone Highstreet Store @Djmacca
As account access isn't available via this forum your going to need to contact customer service via 191, Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries for a status update.

Hi..thanks for the reply.
i didn’t want to venture to a store due to covid etc..
the tracking has been updated and it has been signed for by anovo which is correct so that’s good news.
