How do I end account charges I never signed up for?

My monthly account for my mobile seems higher than I signed up for. I never realised I'm charged separately for mobile broadband, but that isn't the issue. I'm paying £4.99 per month for Insurance (Band 1) and another £10 for Business Standard Insurance + Rapid. For a start, I am not a business! How and why am I paying a business rate? What the hell is 'Rapid'??? How do I cancel these charges? I never signed up for a business account! Please help!!!🤔

Thank you for your response. Yes, both these charges are on the same bill and, no, I've never been a business customer! If I'm listed as one, the mistake must have occurred when I upgraded to my current bundle about a year ago. When I got my new mobile, a tablet was included 'free'. Is this what I'm paying the extra 'mobile Internet' for? Or is that a separate charge in all cases? I did take out the regular insurance but the 'business' one is a mistake! Is there any way I can stop these pricey add-ons? What with my Broadband charges and online subscriptions etc, it's all getting a little too much!🙄
