hi, I'm considering leaving Sky Mobile to come to Vodafone. I stream my music from Apple Music at full quality and when I'm out and about mainly on bus when I go swimming everyday, my music constantly cuts out. I've been with Sky Mobile for about 5 or 6 years, I know they piggy back on o2 network and feel the service is going backward instead of forwards and Sky do anything to upgrade network. and feel its gotten worse since comcast bought Sky, every time I call sky now, every Customer Service rep is an Indian other than upgrades/renewals department. I've got nothing against them, but they can't understand what I'm saying or they pronounce my name correctly. when I'm on the bus I'm lucky if I get over 1mb, if my music plays correctly, Facebook runs very slow. Sky also charge us now if we are abroad. I'm heavily into Apple ecosystem as Sky don't have Apple Watch cellular, I'm stuck with bluetooth version. is Vodafone any better than this?
thanks in advance

Perhaps check out how Vodafone performs where you live , work and commute via using a Payg sim card @Anonymous for a week etc.
This way you'll know by real testing and not via a coverage checker and your not locked in.
More services are open to people on Pay Monthly.
It wouldn't make any difference to what you can utilise in the way of network features if you bring your mobile number from another network.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
