I have lost my phone and need a new sim card. I can't get to a store and need to order one. I cannot get through to a human on chat and have gone round in circles for hours. There is no one to call and I am lost as I don't have a phone. I need a new sim card so I can get a new phone. Can anyone help?
Assuming you can't call 191 on your phone, you could try 03333 040 191 from another line. Failing that, drop the Social Media team a note on Facebook or Twitter and they'll be able to get this sorted for you.
