I requested PAC code yesterday, it don't work!

Due to problems with the Voxi website, and my signal in Sheffield, England, I requested a PAC code yesterday and have given it to O2.

However the PAC hasn't worked and they've given me a new mobile number!

What gives?

Hi @MrRichAllen1976! Most porting teams don't work over the weekend so you'll likely have been given a temporary number in the meantime, so you still have active service over the weekend. I'd recommend reaching out to O2 and ask them directly 🙂
