How do I contact the billing team? I don't want to talk to them I just want to send them my issues in writing. I have spoken to them several times, but they can't seem to grasp what I need, I'm hoping writing it down will make it simple enough. Calling is no better as the phone keeps dropping signal and the agents don't call me back. Fed up of wasting my valuable time getting nowhere.

I would suggest to use the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have Full access to accounts and billing @chipie10
Or Complaints/code-of-practice.
