I have just checked my experian credit report to find that Vodafone have still been reporting to Experian for the last 5 years. I have serious concerns that this will affect my mortgage application. I need this reporting to stop to all credit agencies NOW!

One of the Credit File Specialists in our team will be happy to take a closer look into this for you @Kaylaburke89. So they can do this securely, I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch.

I have just been declined for a mortgage for an arrears marker being on my credit file from Vodafone.
This was done whilst there was an ongoing investigation into why Vodafone had not set up my direct debit on 3 occasions.

Please can someone contact me to resolve this.

Hi, @Tippers1988.   There's no longer account acces via the forum.   However, if you contact the Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter, they'll be able to put you in touch with Credit File Support who'll have access to the full history and be able to advise.

Edited to add: you can also put a notice of correct on your credit file explaining the circumstances.   Any lender is obliged to read this, though I can't guarantee what difference it would make.   A mortgage broker may also be able to help.

Hi, please can you also message me the link, I am having the exact same problem..

thank you
