Incorrect Credit Report

I have just checked my experian credit report to find that Vodafone have still been reporting to Experian for the last 5 years. I have serious concerns that this will affect my mortgage application. I need this reporting to stop to all credit agencies NOW!

Hi Gemma

I have messaged them. On Twitter…they asked me to DM which I did and no one responds. 

Also spent 58 mins on phone (mostly on hold) to someone earlier. They can’t work it out either.  I am so close to breaking point…we could lose our new house because of this…and we are mid-chain!
