I have just checked my experian credit report to find that Vodafone have still been reporting to Experian for the last 5 years. I have serious concerns that this will affect my mortgage application. I need this reporting to stop to all credit agencies NOW!

There is no account access via this forum anymore to be able to help you.
For your situation to be looked at you will need to contact Vodafone customer services contact-us
Or contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate this situation for you.
The Vodafone Credit File Specialist Teams are not customer facing.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

Hi @yasmingodlad! You have a few options to get in touch. You can contact the Social Media team here, please select the option "Message an Advisor" to be routed through to an agent who'd be happy to help. You can reach out on 191 from any Vodafone phone, or 03333 040191 from any other UK phone, and you can also reach out through our live chat team here 🙂
