How do I get an incorrect credit default removed from my credit report ? Vodafone have admitted it was their error but have still to remove it. How do I get it corrected ?

It can take around 30 days for the credit Houses to remove the marker once Vodafone tell them to do so @Robmcg11
However if your past this timeframe then drop the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter or Facebook a message as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate.

Hi there.... can you please confirm this has been actioned ? This default is still incorrectly showing on my credit file

When we make any changes to your Credit file, it can take up to 30 working days to be reflected through an online profile. This can be seen by reputable lenders after 72 hours. If it's been longer than this since you requested the change, we'll be able to check what's delaying this for you. As we're unable to discuss your account on public forums such as our Community, we'll need you to contact us through our social channels.
