Incorrect debt collection

Hi, I receive a letter from ccs collect in behalf of Vodafone uk, I try to discuss this topic with different member of Vodafone but no one give me information,someone stole my details and my credit card number and then him done a new number and account,does anyone knows how to resolve this issue?

Hi, I received a letter from CCS collect on behalf of Vodafone Uk with an outstanding amount. I have tried to discuss this topic with many different Vodafone staff but I have not got anywhere.
They said that the account is not under my name but I must pay for this number and the outstanding amount. This is not my fault and I have no idea who’s number it is or why I have this debt.

Has anyone else had the same issue?
