I have an ongoing problem and am unable to access Veryme rewards via the my vodafone app. I have spent hours on the phone to vodafone without resolution. I am posting here in the hope that someone else may have had the same problem and managed to get a fix.

What did the Vodafone agent advise ?
i.e is your account OK.
Have you tried clearing the cache of the app ?
Sometimes uninstalling the app from the phone and from your app store library and from any cloud backup can help.
In regards to new Vodafone accounts the MyVodafone won't work fully until your first bill has been produced so this could be relevant.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled many times on the advice of various agents. This problem has been going on for about a year now. It has been escalated the the ‘highest technical team’, yet I still have no answers. One vodafone agent tried to access it on his system and received the same error message. Vodafone have reset my account at their end at least twice but that didn’t help. I had a glimmer of hope just before Xmas when it just randomly started working, however this was short lived and the error message is back. I will try your suggestions and look at the other thread to see it anything works.
