Joining from o2 - used pac code

Hi all ,

I took a new contract out with Vodafone on Sunday at carphone warehouse and gave them pac information to kepe my number. 

I was told my O2 sim would die and could start using my new vodafone one with the number Ive kept.

Its now been over 48 hours and im still using my O2 sim and it hasnt ported over to my new sim yet ?

Is this common? Is anyone able to help with this?

Carphone Warehouse can be slow passing on information to Vodafone, the network can only go on what has been received from the third party but the details are generally received within a few days.

The first thing to do is to go back to the point of sale and ask Carphone is they have sent the details of the new contract to Vodafone with the PAC.

Yeah they have because on my contract it shows my number - the one I have ported from O2.

Didnt expect it to take longer than a couple of days.
