I was told in September last year my tablets i had for my children finished in July 2020 for which I have the transcript for so I cancelled payments in august 2020 but now late payment markers have been put on my credit report I have been in contact with Vodafone for the last 2 days and have now been told they finished in November 2020 I have now paid the amount owed but I need the markers taken off of my credit report as it was not my fault as I was told they finish in July not November.
Thanks.

Hi @emmaarscott
Contracts don't just end, it's a minimum and not a fixed term agreement and contracts will roll over on a month to month basis until you make the request to cancel.
However, speak to the Social Team through the social channels they will help where they can here: Contact Us

I do find it strange with Vodafone that people seem to have these billing issues and customers aren't receiving or being chased for outstanding amounts.
If you requested cancellation and there is fault on the part of Vodafone then I'd recommend opening a complaint via the www.vodafone.co.uk/complaints website. They'll get some to case manage to full resolution and will also lease with the teams that need to undo the markers on your credit report.

Hi @emmaarscott as @AnnS has suggested, the best thing to do here is to contact our Social Media team here. They'll be able to assess your account to see where the late payment markers will have come from, and liaise with our Credit File team to resolve this. If the marks are valid, we won't be able to remove them, but the marks are there in error, our Credit File team will be able to advise the nest best steps for you.
