Hi.

Currently unable to log in to my pay monthly account online.

Password I have been using suddenly didn't work, was sent a temporary one, but that didn't work either.

Hi @Murrell 

 

Try clearing your cookies and cache, close down the browser and try again, when this has been done you will probably find the temporary password will work.

Thanks for the reply, but still having problems. Can't find live chat, tried twitter, that was no help. Very frustrating, never had this problem before.

OK, well, I managed to change to yet another password via my mobile phone and log in.

What a palaver. You'd think communicating with a communications company would be easier.
