Help please!!!
I took out a short mobile contract from Carphone Warehouse on Dec 2018 which according to the staff that time said the contract will end in 4 months and with option to cancel it at anytime.
Upon 4 months i cancelled the Direct Debit on the contract not knowing the contract is still live. I did receive a letter of missed payment which i made a payment straight away and continued using the phone for 3 months; making regular payment.
I have applied for a mortgage today on my dream house and have always had a clear credit score.
I have been rejected for the mortgage as my credit score states I have missed a Vodafone payments.
I have saved so hard for this house and for the sake of one missed payment I am being refused a mortgage and I am absolutely gutted!
I understand i missed a payment (totally unintentionally) but that was one mistake out of 12 years with Vodafone(Customer since 2006).
Therefore i sincerely request Vodafone team if they could be able to help me in this instance. I would really appreciate any kind of help or advice.
Kind Regards,
Baz

On this forum we don`t have access to accounts but if you follow this link one of our credit specialists will be able to take a look into this with you.
