Mobile number not recognised by Vodaphone

Dear Vodafone,

 

I have been attempting to register for a Vodafone account however apparently my mobile number is not in the Vodafone system. I have done this on WiFi and on 3G and within the app and online. When I type the *#100# code in my number shows up however, only have issues when registering with my mobile number

Have you Ported your own number to Vodafone @AlphaBoi and if so how long ago.

If you've been using a Vodafone temporary number while they ported your own number in then the Vodafone account needs to be set up with a new email.address and password.

It's possible your own number hasn't fully settled for Vodafone systems to recognise your own number. 

If you haven't ported in and it's a new contact then was it taken out directly with Vodafone or an independent. I ask as if through an independent then they can be slow at updating Vodafone on the details.
