Mobile plan not supported by my SIM?!

So just moved from EE to Vodafone and got the OnePlus 11 5g. Ported my number which seems to have worked no issues.

I'm just trying to make a myvodafone account so I can view bills etc but it's not having it at all.

Iv tried to reaching out to twitter for support but they don't seem to have a clue why it's not working.

Any help appreciated

I assume you've nkt had a Vodafone account before eeven when you were using a temporary number ?

If so a person needs to use another email address I believe. 

If social media don't know how to help then try Live Chat and or call customer services @Castle123

No iv never been with Vodafone before so there shouldn't be any email address linked to me at all.

I'll give it a few days and try again and then call customer services if it's still not working .
