Why the system keep cancel my order after it is confirmed, I tried to buy iPhone14 Pro Max Deep purple with 1TB on the web (3times), online chat (2times), and in-store (1time), but all get canceled.
I’m sure I passed the Credit check, and signed my Device Plan agreement.
It’s usually shows received, and in 24hours, it changed to conformed, but 2days after, it canceled. And no one or email get in touch with me. No reason on why cancel my order.
And that in-store order, I pre pay the upfront payment, it been canceled and no refund back to me:(. (still waiting)
In the afternoon, I just make another order through Online chat, and now the order status shows Confirmed - Back-order, and it is open status.
No idea how long I need wait, but hope all things go right this time.

By the way, it didn’t shows Estimated delivery date, it only shows these words “estimated delivery date ”and the blank below.
My current phone has been broken and can hardly be used. Hope the new phone will arrive soon.

,According to the website here iphone 14 pro max @Frederick_Zou the device is on back order and there is a 4 - 5 week wait for this phone and as you already have an order in place that will be the reason for the extra order being cancelled, as you have mentioned your order is showing confirmed Back-order, and it is in open status.
If you check this link Order Tracker although you won't be able to physically track the order until dispatch you will be able to see the order in the system.
The good news is Vodafone will keep you updated throughout the order process and you will receive an email updates but don't expect too much for at least a few weeks.
It sounds like you are desperate for a new phone, and you may need to look at an alternative cheap option until the device in in stock. You can look elsewhere but quite sure there is a shortage of this this device just about everywhere.
edited to add: If your phone is broken, although you don't mention the fault, it may be repairable, it would then tide you over until your new phone is available for delivery. Follow the repair process and see if anything can be done here: Repairs

It's possible the credit search is connected to this.
It's also advised not to make too many applications as this can affect a person's credit score. Leaving 90 days to pass allows the score the recover.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM have access to accounts. > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
They might be abke to clarify.
As well as customer services via 191 and Live Chat.
You could also try ordering through an independent such as Carphone Warehouse.
